Yesterday, Barcelona’s hospitality industry presented its new quality seal. Insigna is an initiative of the Barcelona Restaurant Gremi that was created with the aim of recognizing the excellence achieved by Barcelona restaurants.
During the event, awards were presented to the top 50 Insigna restaurants. Grup Travi received two Insigna seals for: Can Travi Nou and Xalet de Montjuïc.
The certifying company evaluated the restaurateur’s excellence in various aspects such as customer service, resolution of conflicts and complaints, premises conditions, sanitary and hygienic conditions, compliance with applicable regulations, management of allergenic foods, etc. .
Insigna is an initiative of the Gremi de Restauració of Barcelona in collaboration with the Generalitat of Catalonia and the support of Barcelona City Council.
It is an honor to be part of the 50 best restaurants in the Catalan capital.
